Currently serving on the following boards/committees:
- Dress for Success Luzerne County
- Wyoming Valley Children’s Association
- Leadership Wilkes-Barre
- Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association Lay Member
- Blue and Gold Gala Committee – Wyoming Valley Children’s Association
- 40th Anniversary Celebration Committee – Leadership Wilkes-Barre
How do you spend your free time?
Adventures with my husband Don (LWB 2008), attending fundraisers, gardening, cheering on nieces and nephews at various sporting events, spending time with friends.
Current professional and/or professional goals:
Professional goal: work with my Advancement team at Luzerne County Community College and grow the College’s endowment, thus creating the ability to support more and more students with scholarship opportunities to achieve their academic and career goals.
If you could master one new ability, what would it be?
Learn to speak Italian. I might ask the Nocitos to assist in my studies!
What advice would you give to current LWB participants?
Take advantage of all Leadership Wilkes-Barre has to offer. The connections you will make and the relationships you will develop will be invaluable both personally and professionally.
